4.1 is amended to include the SOL class.
4.2 is amended to change the minimum number of like boats in a class from 5 to 3.
4.3 is amended to change the minimum number of boats in a fleet for their own start from 5 to 3.
4.6 and 4.63 are amended to change the name of the “2023 Junior Sunfish U.S. National Championship” to “2023 Sunfish Youth North Americans”.
