JULY 8, 14:30:  Amendment 1 of the Sailing Instructions (Supplement to Appendix S) changes Class Flags 6.1 and Fleet Identification 22.1. A consolidated document has been posted.

Amendment 3 of the NoR reflects an update to the classes as well as the updates from the previous amendments (extension of the deadline for Fleet determination, date of the availability of Sailing Instructions, and others).  SSIs are also posted.
