1.  In lieu of an in person competitors meeting, per Amendment #2 to the NoR, notices from the Race Committee will be posted here.

2.  An orange ball will be attached to the stern of the Bravo course signals boat, AP over EH.  This ball is a part of the starting mark per the definition Mark.  Any contact with this ball incurs a penalty.
