Amendment Change to NOR 10/5 at 12:20pm
Eligibilty
3.4 Eligible boats must enter by completing the registration through Club Spot. All crew must be listed.
3.5 Late registrations and crew changes may be done at the stern of the Signal Vessel until the first warning signal; however boats registering on the water must also register through Club Spot by 11:59pm the day of racing.
