Hello Junior Sailors!
We are happy to announce that the WHYC will be hosting our Annual c420 Regatta on Thursday, August 8th.
AND... we are bringing back our LUNCH COOKOUT!! Lunch is included with registration: hot dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers will be available for all sailors and instructors.
Please find the racing schedule outlined below as well as in your Sailing Instructions. Please be sure to download and read over the SI in their entirety, to ensure full comprehension of the event. Should you have any questions about the event, please contact us at whycjrsailing@gmail.com
*All Sailors should register online before the day of the event.
Schedule of Races
8:00-9:00AM - Registration Check In and Tshirt Pick-up
9:30 - Skipper's Meeting
9:45AM - Harbor Start
10:00AM - First Race; postponements will be made known from Race Committee
12:00-12:45AM - Off water lunch break (approximate time)
12:45PM - Harbor Start
1:00PM - Approximate start time of racing
3:30PM- No race shall begin after this time
4:00PM - Awards Ceremony at Club House
Awards to follow honoring the Top Three finishers.
