 10.3 If a mark of the gate is missing the existing mark is be rounded to port.

SI Amendment 5, 10/20/23, 1735,Change the second sentence in SI 6.2 to read "No more than six races may be sailed on any one day.

NOR Amendment 1, Venue (This changes NOR 5.)

The OA has secured Outlook Beach at Fort Monroe, VA as the launch site. The launch site is roughly 10-15 minutes from Hampton Yacht Club and offers a beach launch. 

NOR Amendment 2, Youth and Junior Division (U20) Racing 

 1. The Youth and Junior Division Championship will commence Friday October 20.  In addition to NOR 8 (Scoring) The Youth and Junior Division will start and race with the Championship fleet but will be scored separately. Youth and Junior sailors are welcome to also compete in the Championship fleet starting Thursday, October 19th. Eligible sailors who compete in all 4 days of championship racing will receive a score both in the Championship fleet as well as the 3 day Youth and Junior division. Scores for the Youth and Junior division will be taken only from racing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

 2. In addition to NOR 2.3 (Regatta Entry): The Fee for competing in the Youth Division is $99 before September 15.  After September 15th the fee is $150.
