FEES AND ENTRY
- Early Entry ($275) will close on July 9th at 11:59pm
- Late Entry ($325) will begin on July 10th at 12:00am
- Entries close on August 2nd at 5:00pm
- All entries include:
- A T-Shirt for Skipper and Crew
- Dinner Friday Night for Skipper and Crew
- Dinner Saturday Night for Skipper and Crew
- Post Race Lunch Sunday Afternoon for Skipper and Crew
- Additional T-Shirts and Long Sleeve Tech Shirts will be available for purchase during registration
- Additional Meal Tickets (individual by day or as a weekend pass) will be available for purchase
- You may also purchase a Meal Ticket for Thursday's Ladies/Junior's Post Racing Dinner Shrimp Boil. This is NOT included with your standard entry (unless you are registered for the Ladies/Jrs Regatta)
HOSPITALITY
- The hospitality of ABYC is extended to all participants
- The galley will be open each day. Breakfast, bag lunches and adult beverages are available for purchase
- The club bar will be open after racing
- ABYC yard rules do not allow dogs, other than service dogs, onto the property or boat yard
PARKING AND STORAGE
- Due to space limitations, vehicle parking on ABYC grounds is restricted
- Off‐street parking is available across the street in municipal lots for $10 per day
- Street parking is available. Street sweeping occurs on Thursday and Friday, check the signs when parking as the parking tickets are expensive
- You will have a designated boat space in the yard for all weekend
BOAT LAUNCHING
- The entry fee includes launching, recovery, and storage for visiting competing boats from the Wednesday prior to the event until the day following the event
- The ABYC Yard is open Wednesday through Sunday from 0830 to 1700
HOUSING AND BOAT CHARTERS
- We have a limited number of boats to charter for our friends who are traveling far. Please email Lidoccr2024@gmail.com for inquiries
- We have local families in the area with spare rooms to host for the weekend to help reduce travel costs. Reach out to Lidoccr2024@gmail.com if interested
