2025 ECESA Eastern Championship

Toms River Yacht Club is looking forward to hosting the 2025 E Scow Eastern Championship! We have an exciting weekend planned with plenty of social activities to complement the sailing. There will be a cocktail party on Thursday evening and the Easterns Banquet with live music with dancing on Saturday night! The club Snack Bar, located at our wonderful pool overlooking the river, will be open from 11am to 5pm every day of the regatta and there is a cash-only BBQ on Wednesday evening.

VAKAROS RaceSense will be used for this regatta. VAKAROS owners will need to ensure their license is valid and their Atlas is up to date. It will be required to rent a device through VAKAROS directly if you do not own one. There is a link in the Race Documents section that outlines the packages and costs to the skippers.

Please consider coming to our regatta the weekend prior - the Up Bay Challenge Cup. By participating you will get practice in the racing areas we will be sailing for Easterns, and leave your boat setup on the grounds!

Meals

Breakfast, Lunches (Thursday and Friday), Thursday Cocktail Party, and lunch following racing Saturday are included as part of registration. The Friday night banquet is an additional charge. You may purchase extra lunches if needed. These are all available via the link under Shop on this page

NOTE:  Meal packages & individual reservations must be complete by 7/25/25.  They can all be ordered via the ClubSpot page.

Merchandise

Merchandise will be available via Coral Reef Sailing Apparel and can be pre-ordered. There will not be a physical Merchandise store on the premises during the event. The link will be on this page once it is active, the "Merchandise" link here is for Event Tickets

NOTE: All merchandise ordered after 7/15/25 will NOT be available at the regatta.  You can choose to pick it up on or around 9/1/25 at TRYC or pay for shipping.

Housing

We will do our best to house all visitors on a first-come, first-serve request basis.  If requesting housing, please indicate the number of single and/or double beds required.  Housing requests must be made prior to 7/15/2025.  After the deadline, please inquire and we will do our best to find housing.  Please use the Housing Request link on the ClubSpot page or reach out to Casey Greenfeld at catherine.bailey19@gmail.com
