CISA Advanced Racing Clinic 2025
March 15 - March 17

Alamitos Bay Yacht Club | Long Beach, CA
Application Deadline: February 15th

Clinic Goals
Preparation for the 2025 US Youth Team National Qualifier (March 21st-23rd, ABYC)

CISA Advanced Racing Clinic
The CISA Advanced Racing Clinic isn’t just another training opportunity—it’s where the best youth sailors in the U.S. sharpen their edge against the toughest competition. Established in 1978, this clinic has built a legacy as the premier youth training event in the country. As two-time Olympic medalist Charlie McKee puts it, “It’s the best and longest-running Youth Clinic in the US.”

For 2025, the CISA Advanced Racing Clinic will take place March 15-17 at Alamitos Bay Yacht Club in Long Beach, California—the future 2028 Olympic Sailing venue. This is an opportunity for the most elite youth sailors to train with a world-class coaching staff and push their limits in a high-performance training environment.

This is a true high-performance training camp, designed for those aiming for the top of the podium. Sailors will train alongside the top youth athletes in North America, in world-class sailing conditions, with tailored coaching from Olympians, national champions, and elite class experts.

With major National and International Championships just around the corner—including teh US Youth Team Qualifier immediately after the clinic—this is where you gain the insider knowledge and expert coaching that can give you the edge when it counts.

Are You Ready?

Athletes must be comfortable racing in 20-25 knots and executing at an elite level. Those who do not meet this standard may be asked to come off the water to ensure the focus remains on high-performance skills.

Accepted sailors will be notified on or before February 25th. If you don’t make the cut this year, you’ll get your entry fee refunded (minus a $25 application fee).

All participants must bring their own boat and equipment or arrange for a charter.

Spots are limited.
