This regatta will be open to the following classes:

• ILCA 4, 6, 7

• El Toro A, B, C, C2

• Open Skiff U12, U15, and Open

Requirements

• NoR, "Hold Harmless" waiver, and MWR Waiver form - click here.

• Sailors must be 2026 members of the Hawaii Youth Sailing Association - register here.

• Sailors must be under 23 years old on the day of the regatta.

Notes

• Please email info@pearlharbortachtclub.org by April 10, 6:00 pm for a full refund minus a cancellation fee of $5.00. Refunds after this time are not issued.

• Pearl Harbor Yacht Club (PHYC) will host this regatta at Rainbow Bay Marina, Pearl Harbor, just past the Arizona Memorial. No base access is required.
