C420 NJ States

Hello everyone,
We are looking forward to hosting the C420 NJ States tomorrow.
A few logistical items:
1. a number of people have not signed their waivers or have "partially signed". Please double-check that you have completed your waivers.
2. please check your yacht club affiliation and sail number.
3. if you have a lifting bridle, please bring it. We will be launching off a small ramp. Lifting off one of the two davits is probably faster.
4. Please launch as soon as you are able tomorrow morning and tie up your boat. We are trying to avoid a slow launch process so it would be good to have all boats in the water BEFORE the competitors' meeting.
5. Please bring your boats and trailers to the Ocean Street entrance to Little Egg Harbor yacht Club (rather than the mailing address which is two blocks south and does not have access to the parking lot and launch area).
6. Please unload your C420 and store with the other C420s near the tennis courts. Trailers should be stored in the parking lot near the other C420 trailers.
7. please do not park cars where the C420s, Melges 15s or trailers are stored. Please park in the parking lot further south (i.e., closer to the main clubhoue).
8. Registration and breakfast will be under the white tent near the North dock of the clubhouse. Bathrooms are across the way from the tent.
9. Competitors' meeting will be in the North dock area as well.
10. A reminder of the schedule:
8 – 9 AM Registration, Check in and Breakfast (Competitors are encouraged to launch their boats well ahead of the Competitors’ meeting; you can use a davit or the small ramp at north end)
9:30 AM Competitor’s Meeting
10:00 AM Harbor Gun
No warning signal will be made after 1600 hrs.
