SI Amendments

2. 5.1 is deleted, see NOR Amendment 1
9.17.24- 1100 Racing is cancelled for today due to conditions.
9.18.24 Special Announcement: The first warning has been delayed till 1130, the forecast is for rain to cease within the hour and visibility will increase. Boats are allowed to launch and leave the dock at their discretion.
9.19.24 Special Announcement: The intention of the RC is to run three races today. Courses will alternate between W and T.
The starting will be a RED tet and the wing mark will be a GREEN inflatable.
