75th Annual Regatta & Lightning NJ State Championship

The Surf City YC is pleased to announce that its 75th Annual Regatta will be held on September 9 & 10, 2023. The classes invited this year are Lightnings, Mariners and, for the first time, Catboats. The Lightnings and Mariners will sail on Saturday, September 9th, and the Catboats will sail on Sunday, September 10th. For the Lightnings, this regatta doubles as the NJ State Championship. 

All Catboats are welcome to participate. Scoring will be based on the Portsmouth Handicap system.

We hope that you will consider joining us for this milestone event!! In addition to the sailing, there will be a 75th Annual Regatta "Welcome Party" on Friday evening and the Annual Regatta Social on Saturday evening which should be a lot of fun.
