The Chicago Beer Can Series is a relaxed sailboat regatta hosted by Columbia Yacht Club every Wednesday from May through September. With distinct sections catering to novice and more experienced crews, the series emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and friendly competition. After the races, participants and supporters gather on Columbia’s Aft Deck to mingle, share race stories, enjoy drinks, and watch fireworks.
