ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

• Any person not yet be nineteen (19) years of age as of December 31, 2024 may sail in the Junior division. 
• Any woman may sail in the Women’s division. Both skipper and crew must be women.

FEES AND ENTRY

• Early Entry ($25) will close on July 9th at 11:59pm
• Late Entry ($35) will begin on July 10th at 12:00am
• Entries close on August 2nd at 5:00pm
• All entries include:
  • Post Race Shrimp Boil Dinner (during awards)
  • A T-Shirt for Skipper and Crew - please designate if you would like the purple women's version, or the normal ccr one
• Additional T-Shirts and Long Sleeve Tech Shirts will be available for purchase during registration
• Additional Shrimp Boil Tickets will be available for purchase for friends and family
  • please specify if you have food allergies or limitations and we'll make the proper substitutions
    
    

HOSPITALITY

• The hospitality of ABYC is extended to all participants
• The club bar will be open after racing
• ABYC yard rules do not allow dogs, other than service dogs, onto the property or boat yard

PARKING AND STORAGE

• Due to space limitations, vehicle parking on ABYC grounds is restricted
• Off‐street parking is available across the street in municipal lots for $10 per day
• Street parking is available. Street sweeping occurs on Thursday and Friday, check the signs when parking as the parking tickets are expensive
• You will have a designated boat space in the yard for all weekend
  
  

BOAT LAUNCHING

• The entry fee includes launching, recovery, and storage for visiting competing boats from the Wednesday prior to the event until the day following the event
• The ABYC Yard is open Wednesday through Sunday from 0830 to 1700
  
  

UNMATCHED PAIRS

• If you're a skipper without a crew or a crew without a skipper and you wish to participate in the women's or jr regatta, please reach out to lidoccr2024@gmail and we can play match maker

HOUSING AND BOAT CHARTERS

• We have a limited number of boats to charter for our friends who are traveling far. Please email Lidoccr2024@gmail.com for inquiries
• We have local families in the area with spare rooms to host for the weekend to help reduce travel costs. Reach out to Lidoccr2024@gmail.com if interested
