Regarding Race 1 Scores on the C420 Course
Ten boats did not finish within the Finish Window and were scored TLE in accordance with SI14.2. The scoring program used (Clubspot) awarded points based on finishers plus one, its default. In order to expedite the awards presentation and allow competitiors with distance to travel to do so at a reasonable hour, we didnt change the points awarded for the TLE with the calculation in SI 14.3until after the fact. WE have labeled the scores SCP (Scoring Penalty applied), and are working with Clubspot to more accurately reflect the reason for Scores received as TLE.
