SAILING INSTRUCTION corrections/additions:

• 9.3 If a mark or gate is set leeward of the start/finish line, the gate shall be closed.

Add the following rule under 11: The Start.

• 11.7 A boat which is over the line early must round an end. They cannot dip the line.
• 11.8 During a starting sequence, flags take priority over sound signals.

Registration is FREE!

We allow 8-18-year-olds to compete.

Eligibility for registration is limited based upon age:

• Optimist competitors are eligible to compete until the age of 16.
• C420 competitors are eligible to compete until the age of 19. 
• Please reserve Optimist Green Fleet for sailors with two years or less experience.

Registration:

• The SKIPPER ONLY should register for the C420 class. Please have the following information available BEFORE you register:
  • Sail number.
  • Contact information for your crew (full crew's name, name of crew's guardian, email of crew's guardian, phone number of crew's guardian). Separate waivers will be sent to the email and phone number provided for both the skipper and crew.
  • Shirt size of both skipper and crew (in case shirts are part of swag bags).

Waivers:

• The waiver needs to be signed digitally (as part of your registration). A signed waiver is required for every participant and is required in-advance of the regatta. Remember, separate waivers will be sent to the email and phone number provided for both the skipper and crew.
