Amendment B
Eligibility addendum to 3.1
Co skippers are permitted with approval by the organizing authority and USA Snipe class. Both skippers must be class members prior to the event. Team substitutions must be approved by the organizing authority
and USA Snipe class prior to the change. Once a team member is changed, they may not compete for the remainder of the event.
Amendment C
Section 14 amended
RC reserves the right to fly the Y flag at any time during the regatta.
