DAY 2: SAVCHEM ON DOCK AT 1600
IHYC is looking forward to hosting this regatta!
Please note a few house keeping items:
- Per the SIs: Competitors shall attempt to utilize the Sail Insight tracking app on their mobile devices while racing for both safety and spectator purposes. QR code is above, and link to event is here: https://my.sapsailing.com/gwt/Home.html#/event/:eventId=52fd93b4-dd75-46b4-9cda-c2e00b4383c7
- Per the SIs: All competitors must fill out the 2023 I420 ACC Liability Waiver at the following link before or at check in to compete in the event: https://forms.gle/8g3C7CECzzPRDLdD9 (Updated Link)
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Saturday (Oct. 14)
0830 - 0930 Breakfast Available (Ballroom)
0915 - 0930 Check In and confirm sail numbers (Ballroom)
0930 Competitors Meeting (South Patio)
1100 First Start Scheduled
1700 (Approx) Casual dinner immediately following racing
Sunday (Oct.15) 1100 First Start Scheduled
1500 No Start After This Time
Awards to follow as soon as practical
If you need hotel suggestions or housing, here's a list of suggestions, for convenience:
- La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Stamford - Stamford, CT - Very reasonably priced, close by (10 minute drive)
- Courtyard by Marriott Rye - Rye, NY - Close (8-10 minute drive in Rye, NY), two exits south on 95, and usually affordable.
- Stanton House Inn - Greenwich, CT - Very close, very nice B&B, sometimes affordable, sometimes 3 night minimum.
- Hyatt Regency Greenwich - Greenwich, CT - Close (10 minute drive), usually affordable.
