1300 Potential for crew change approved by Race Board

Due to the late start of the racing today (5/18/22), we (Thistle 3517) are having to scramble to make sure we have childcare for our four-year-old. Kids camp is only scheduled until 4:30, and have found a family with on-shore members to look after our son this evening. In the event that this plan falls through, we would need to send one of crew back to shore. We are petitioning that we be allowed to continue sailing with the two remaining crew.

The crew that would be stepping of the boat is the forward (Dawn Elfenbein), 170lbs.
