Lightning Class Central Atlantic District Championship

The Ocean City Yacht Club and Lightning Fleet #430 invite you to the Central Atlantic District Championship! 

• The event is open to members of the Lightning Class

• At regatta site, each registered competitor may be required to sign a waiver for loss, damage or injury to persons or property incurred in conjunction with the regatta, on the property of the club, or on the water, or during participation in any individual race of the regatta, or from the actions of the ILCA, its officers, the protest committee, the race management team and any sponsors of the Regatta and their members, officers, governors and agents, from liability for such damage or injury.

• The entry fee is $125. A late fee of $20 will be charged for payments received after June 20, 2023.  Entry includes:

  1. Awards and Prizes
  2. Full guest privileges at the club, including all on site dining
  3. Arrival refreshments June 23
  4. Light breakfast and after race refreshments on June 24 & 25
  5. Entertainment Saturday night June 24^th **Dinner available : $40, per person, with online Registration, $50 if not purchased online.  Reservations required by June 20^th.  Tickets not available at the door.   
  6. Boxed lunches are available for purchase at a cost of $10 per person per day.  Lunches must be pre-ordered with online registration process and by Tuesday, June 20^th
