Protest Hearings Location:

Protests will be heard at the Molly Allison Junior Sailhouse on the South end of the LEHYC property.  It is a nearly two block walk south from the north dock parking lot. Please plan accordingly.

C420 Launching

-C420s will launch from two ramps or two hoists located in the LEHYC parking lot

-Please note that the SIs do permit you to launch before the harbor launch time but do not permit you to proceed beyond 100 yards from the LEHYC property

-If you have a launching bridle, please bring it and mark with a name tag.  LEHYC is also providing bridles.

-Please follow instructions and guidance from launch volunteers.  They’ve worked many regattas and know how to keep the flow moving best.

Coach Boat Launching

• Coach boats should be launched at the Beach Haven Municipal Boat Ramp, 501 9th Street Beach Haven, NJ 08008
• Please do not launch from yacht club davits
• If the attendant shack is open, you may be required to pay a fee of $20 per boat (cash or check) to use the ramp
• Wednesdays are FREE :)

Transient Boats & Spectator Boats

• Sorry... we are full for transient boats other than RIBs.
• We do have some spectator boats being operated by LEHYC members and parents of sailors, please meet at North Dock right before/after competitors meeting to find a ride.

Gas Docks

• There are two gas docks very close to LEHYC
• Beach Haven YC Marina: across from “House Island” as you leave the thoroughfare toward the race course.
• Queen City Marina: another 200 yds north. Half-way to public ramp.

Location and Arrival Information/Boat Parking

• Address for the boat drop off is 336 Ocean Street, Beach Haven, NJ 0800

• Note: if you follow the address for LEHYC through your GPS, you will be taken to the wrong entrance (i.e., one block south of boat drop off)

• C420s will be stored in the North half of the parking lot

• C420s will be grouped by teams/yacht clubs as directed

• Trailers will be stored on the field to the WEST of the bocce court. Please do not store trailers in the C420 boat parking areas.  Please do not park cars or trucks on the field.

• Car parking may require a walk during the regatta.  If staying locally, we suggest biking or walking.

Apparel - we are past the date for shipping to the event so please include shipping to your home.  

• Each registered sailor is entitled to either: (1) the LEHYC Event shirt - it is a Long Sleeve Tech shirt or (2) apply $25 credit to any item you prefer from Event Site.
• To claim your T Shirt or $25 credit, each sailor may use the coupon code only once.
