Early Arrivals, Where to Practice
Coaches: Please Review Emergency Plan
Registration Schedule:
Sailors must officially check in at the Registration Tent (located in the parking lot, in front of the BCC Office on Thursday, 8/13, 5pm-7pm
Late check-in, inside the main Clubhouse: Friday, 8/14, from 8:00-9:00am
Trailer Parking: Trailers will be stored on the ball field.
Dollys will be stored on the beach, tags will be available for use, please ensure your mark your dolly.
Car Parking: Competitors will park in the East Lot. Please look for "Sailors Enter Here" sign.
Dogs: Are not permitted on the BCC grounds
Camping: There is no camping available at the Club.
Coach Boats: Coach boats can be launched at the Crystal Beach Public Boat Launch:

There is no gas available at the Club, but there are several gas stations in the town of Ridgeway.
No Cash: The BCC is a cashless club. Credit or Debit is accepted in the main clubhouse for food & beverage and for merchandise.
Drink Tickets: Drink tickets will be available at registration or at the Front Desk in the main clubhouse. Drink tickets are non-refundable and will be accepted in the OBH or in the main (Pirate's Den) bar at any point throughout the weekend.
Friday Dinner: The Friday evening dinner will be hosted in the Club's Outer Boat House. ***Drink tickets will be required for bar service that evening. The OBH bar does not accept cash/credit/debit***
Saturday Dinner: Suplementary dinner tickets for guests will be available for purchase at the Club's front desk for Saturday's dinner
