2024 Madison Beach Club Junior Regatta

Hello ECSA Junior Sailors!

Please join us for the Madison Beach Club Junior Regatta on Friday, July 19, 2024. While excellent sailing for all skill levels, this is a great mid-season GREEN Fleet Regatta with easy viewing from shore for those new sailors with just a few weeks under their belts! 

Sailors can bring their own food for a lite-snack / early-lunch prior to sailing. Lunch is available for spectators at the snack bar during the event. Pizza will be served for all following the regatta.

*All sailors should register online before the day of the event. A $10 late fee will be added to any registrants after Tuesday, July 16, 2024.

Fleets: RS Feva, Laser Radial, Opti RWB, Opti Green

Location: The Madison Beach Club, 128 Island Avenue, Madison, CT 06443

Registration Fee per boat: $30 Single-handed (Optimists and Laser Radial), $60 Double-handed (RS Feva)

Race Day Schedule:

9:30-11:00am: Check-in & Rigging
11:00am: Skippers’ Meeting (Opti RBW, FEVA, Laser Radial)
11:20am: Skippers’ Meeting (Opti Green)
11:30am: Harbor Start
12:00am: First Gun for for Opti RBW, FEVA, Laser Radial
12:15am: First Gun for Opti Green Fleet
3:15pm: No race will start after 3:00pm

Fee Includes:

• Post Race Pizza and Snacks
• Awards for Top 3 Finishers
• Regatta giveaway for each sailor
