Amendment SI 1:

The L Flag is not required to be used to make changes to the SIs on the water.

SI 2.2 is changed to

Changes to a sailing instruction may be made on the water by verbally communicating the instructions to sailors. The information will also be hailed to coaches and support boats over the radio.

Amendment SI 2:

SI 3.2 is changed to

On the water, the race committee intends to monitor and communicate with competitors on VHF radio channel 69 for the Alpha Course, channel 68 for the Bravo Course, and 72 for the Green Fleet Course. Radio channels may change in the case of too much interference.

Amendment SI 3:

SI 9.1 is changed to

Starts shall be conducted in accordance with Rule 26 (5 Minute Sequence), except that the Green Fleet will use the 3-Minute Start Sequence as described in Appendix U.

Amendment SI 4:

SI 11.1(b) is deleted

Amendment SI 6:

SI 12.1 is changed to 

Alpha Course: Marks will all be rounded to port, with the exception of the leeward gates. The windward mark will be a round, red mark, measuring 5 feet. The reach mark will be a round, yellow mark, measuring 5 feet. Mark 3 is a yellow cylinder. The outside gate (marks 4s/4p) will be yellow tetrahedrons. The start will be between the signal boat with an orange flag and an orange or pink mark. The finish will be between a committee boat with a blue RC flag and a white mark.

Amendment SI 7:

SI 16.2 is changed to 

Coach, support, and spectator boats are required to carry a working VHF radio. They must monitor the channel described in SI 3.2 at all times.
