NOR Amendment: "Late Fees": Amended 11/5/2023 at 1422 hours
"3.2. Entries made on or after November 4th shall be considered late, and shall incur a $10 Late Fee." is changed to:
"3.2. Entries made on or after 10:00 AM November 8th shall be considered late, and shall incur a $10 Late Fee."
