Registration

• Each racer must register individually.
• The skipper registers the boat, and provides the crew name(s) and contact information.
• The system contacts the crew by email prompting them to register.

Waivers

• A signed waiver is required for each racer.
• The system will email and text each racer's waiver to the contact information provided
  • For those under 18, it will be sent to the person entered in the “Parent/Guardian” field.
• Your boat may not race unless each racer has a completed waiver.

Date of Birth

• Required of all participants.

Sailors under age 18

• We must have contact information for a parent/guardian.
• The parent/guardian must execute the waiver - not the sailor.
• Please inform the parent/guardian to expect the waiver to be sent by text to the phone number entered

Meals & SWAG

• The registration fee includes
  • Continental breakfast and sandwich lunch each day of racing for the skipper and one crew for ALL Classes.
  • For or all divisions of Championship class, dinner Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, and SWAG for the skipper and one crew .
  • For Juniors, there is an extra fee for each dinner and any SWAG.
• An additional fee per added crew in the Championship class covers the above meals and SWAG.
• When registering, each racer (skipper and crew) will be asked individually about the meals they plan to attend and preference for vegetarian or regular choices.
• When registering, each racer has the option to sign up for and purchase additional meals and SWAG for non-racing attendees (spouse/partner, kids, etc).

Parking: During the regatta, sailors should park at Monomoy Middle School (425 Crowell Road, Chatham, MA 02633) in the same lot where the boats were weighed and measured. Trailers may be parked in this lot as well. There will be a shuttle operated by Chatham Valet from the parking lot to CYC running at the following times:

• Wed - July 24 - 8:30-10:15 am. // 4:30-6 pm            
• Thurs - July 25 - 8:30-10:15 am // 4:30-6 pm
• Fri - July 26 - 8:30-10:15 am // 4:30-6 pm
• Sat - July 27 - 8:30-10:15 am // 12:30-2:00 pm

Crossing: While crossing over the golf course to access CYC, please be courteous and respectful of the club members and golfers by wearing a shirt, remaining quiet and refraining from using a cell phone.

When walking from the parking area to the club, follow the path over the hill to the right of the Eastward Ho! Clubhouse. Walk to the right of the privet hedge, in front of the first tee. STOP, LOOK, and LISTEN, giving right of way to golfers teeing off. Please also pause quietly for golfers putting out on the 9th green to the right of the clubhouse. On the way back over the hill from CYC, STOP, LOOK, and LISTEN again at the end of the fence.  The use of cell phones is expressly prohibited on Eastward Ho! grounds and must either remain in your vehicle or be turned off while proceeding to CYC.
