The C420 Coaches Clinic will be led by Carmen Cowles, 2023 Women's College Sailor of the Year.

Coaches fine tune your skills before a busy summer of C420 racing!

The clinic will cover safety, running a brief and debrief, communication skills, what to look for when coaching C420s, practice ideas, rigging and tuning talks with hands on demonstrations, and on the water practical applications.

Yep, that’s right you will be sailing and coaching at the clinic!

Join us for this 1-day Club 420 specific in depth coaching clinic and start your summer with us!

This clinic is BYOB. Bringing your own boat will allow you to get this boat rigged and tuned properly so you can bring it back to your club as an example for the rest of your team. If you are unable to bring a boat AYC has some that can be used.

Fees - If your Club Brings Your Own Boat the fee is $75/participant. If you are unable to bring a boat the fee is $125/participant. Only 4 boats (8 participants) will be available for those unable to bring a boat.

We know not everyone has them but if you have a Loos Gauge and a tape measure please bring that as well.
