2025 U.S. Match Racing Championship Qualifier

Please note the following information from U.S. Sailing;

• All skippers and crew must sign the US Sailing Adult Championships Waiver, Depiction Release, and Code of Conduct.
• We strongly recommend you check the box for any and all events you may be attending so you don't have to fill out the form more than once. 
• If you have already signed for a past 2025 qualifier, you do not need to repeat the process but please have any new crew submit the form if they haven't signed already.
• All skippers and crew must have their US Sailing (or International MNA) membership up to date through the event. To renew or purchase your US Sailing membership, click here.
