2025 HYC Ragnot Regatta

Welcome to Houston Yacht Club for the first TSA youth sailing event of 2025, the HYC Ragnot Regatta. Below are links that may be helpful as you plan your weekend we look forward to a great weekend of sailing and family fun!

This is where you will find the posted NOR (with a detailed regatta schedule) and Sailing Instructions (please encourage your child/children to read them). All notices during the regatta will be posted here.

When you arrive at the guard gate, let the attendant (or office staff through the call button) know you’re here for the regatta. Questions regarding boats and grounds contact Sailing Director Clement Jardin at 409-740-7321(cell) or sailing@houstonyachtclub.com.
 
Dinghy, trailer, & motorboat storage
Please store dinghies on lawn and dinghy trailers on the North Jetty, (near beach launch) and motorboat trailers on the South jetty (closer to the boat ramp) during the regatta.  
 
If you’re bringing a spectator vessel to the club, please reach out to Clement Jardin for an in-water, weekend slip. (sailing@houstonyachtclub.com)
 
Non-ethanol fuel and ice can be purchased near the ramp with a guest card.
 
 
Guest cards and extra meal tickets
Also, non-competitor Saturday evening meal tickets can be added to registration through ‘regatta shop’ tab. You are welcome to purchase additional food & beverages, ice and fuel with an HYC guest card. To acquire a temporary guest card, please fill out the linked application  HYC Guest card form and email it to frontdesk@houstonyachtclub.com, or call the office 281-471-1255 with your credit card details to set this up over the phone. This can also be set up in person during our front desk office hours of 7am – 10pm.
