* 9649 is to be scored in race 3 points equal to the average of her races sailed, rounded to the nearest tenth. As per RRS Case #116, more than half of 9649's race scores in this series must be based on her finishing position in races she starts. With five races completed in the series, four races are scored and 9649 is entitled to average points in only one race (less than half), scores DNC in race 4, and discards a DNC in race 5. If more races are sailed in the series, 9649 may be entitled to average points in race 4 (and eventually race 5), subject to the limitation that fewer than half her scored races may be average points.

LYC Jr Race Week is a 3 day event, with the Dance Tuesday night.

NO SEPARATE WAIVER REQUIRED for DANCE. Your regatta registration waiver covers the dance as well. The waiver on site is just for LYC member children not enrolled in regatta.  Collared Shirt and Tie REQUIRED for the Dance. Appropriate dresses for girls.

Important notes:

• Age & weight waivers will not be permitted for Feva Class
• Weight waivers only for the Laser 4.7 classes. No Age waivers
• Every sailor MUST have a coach on the water responsible for them at all times.
• The Dance is Tuesday night. It will end at 11pm. Sailors (and their coaches) and LYC members only.
• No Housing will be provided. 
• Lunch will not be provided. LYC will have some options of lunches to purchase onsite for those in need. 
• A Designated Safety Instructor (DSI) from each club must be assigned for each day. That Instructor will be responsible to check all sailors on and off the water at the Hospitality Desk on the veranda. Failure to do so will result in scoring penalties.
