Get up close and personal with professional coaches and improve your sailing skills on land and on the water. Our fleet coaches are TBD but we promise they'll be amazing!

The Sunday Regatta counts as a I-LYA Travelers Series regatta.

Registration is $145 per sailor (late fee of $30 per sailor after June 24 at Midnight).

NOTE: 420 Teams: 420 skippers must register before the crew and pay for the boat at time of registration. Sailors can register for the TS Regatta 6 ONLY, for $30 ($30 late fee after June 28 a 10a). 

Sailors: Full Registration Fee Includes ALL of the following:

• Sailing! Friday and Saturday Clinics with Elite Coaches on and off the water, including High Performance Demos and Saturday Coach Power Talks.
• Official JO T-Shirt - long-sleeved, tech fabric.
• Awesome Food! Join us for Friday snacks, Friday night pizza party on the pool deck, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Daily ice cream treats after sailing.
• Fun and Entertainment! Enjoy Beach Toys on the MHYC West Beach including Hobies, O'pen Bics and RS Fevas, kayaks and paddleboards. Enjoy MHYC's beautiful pool, and music on the beach  on Saturday. 
• Bonfire! Enjoy the annual Saturday Night Beach Bonfire party with s'mores and spikeball.
• Swag! The first 130 registrants receive fun swag including sailing stickers and more! 
• Raffle prizes! Raffle prizes will be drawn at the awards ceremony on Sunday.
  

If you ONLY want to participate in the Regatta, you may do so. Please register using a COMPUTER, and in the Order Summary you can enter the Discount Code: enter "REGATTA ONLY" for laser/Opti and "REGATTA ONLY 420" for 420 skipper/crew as the discount code.  T-Shirts are free only to clinic participants. Extra t-shirts will be on sale, first come first served.

Coach Registration Details

• Fine-tune your coaching and instruction skills, bring new ideas back to your race team or sail camp.
• During the clinic days, work with the elite sailing coaches and see how they help junior sailors on and off the water. Participate in Friday Night Coach Clinic, Daily debriefs, and Saturday Power Talks.
  
  

With a coach wristband you get:

• Elite Coaching to improve your coaching skills from John Vandemoer (fmr Stanford coach)
• Dinner Debrief on Friday night, specifically geared for our sailing coaches and instructors with our Elite coaches.

Please note: It is not required for your team's coach to register for the Coaching Skill-Builder Clinic but it's a great resume builder and experience!

Each team is required to supply a safety boat with a supervising adult or coach on the water each day, and a "shore adult" in case of emergency. Smaller teams may share coaching/shore adult responsibliities.

Families/Use of MHYC Property and Grounds

• MHYC invites all families to enjoy the West Beach and our swimming pool during the JO weekend Camping IS allowed on West Beach, with prior permission and adult supervision. Contact kathyallyn@gmail.com with requests ASAP.
• All are welcome to set up a Guest Account with us for the weekend by using a credit card.
• If you plan to eat dinner at the club,  we REQUIRE reservations for lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday:  reservations@mhyc.us or 440-257-7214 by June 26.
• Saturday Dinner for parents/non participants will not be a la carte due to a big event at the club. Saturday dinner will be on the West Beach Tent.
