HLA#3 is hosted by the Pacific Yacht Club and is held at Rainbow Bay Marina, Aiea.
- The regatta is open to all Hawaii Laser Class Association members. Dues are $20 for the year and are credited to the time of year you sign up. HLA membership can be paid by cash or checks made payable to the Hawaiian Islands Laser Fleet and submitted to Guy Fleming during Check-In.
- All sailors must complete an MWR Liability form. Sailors under 18, must have an MWR Liability Form signed by a parent or legal guardian. You will find this MWR Liability form listed in the Documents section below. Please bring this signed document with you at Check-in!
- Early online registration deadline Feb 21st, Friday, by 6:00 pm, $12.
- Late online registration through Feb 23rd, Sunday, 1:00 pm, $15.
- Cancellation Policy: Please email hysaboard@gmail.com by Feb. 23rd, 6:00 pm for a full refund minus a cancellation fee of $5.00. Refunds after this time are not issued.
