The Brewers Cup

Smyrna Yacht Club has hosted the Brewers Cup since 1999 and it has become a notible feature on the Indian River (Intracoastal Waterway}. It is a downwind "FUN" race between the Smyrna Yacht Club and  Mosquito

 Lagoon, a distance of about 10 miles. The direction - eithor racing north or south- is chosen to create a downwind race, which allows many of the boats to fly spinnacers. In addition we use a staggered start so that

many of the boats will finish the race together. This can be particularly exciting

if the handicappers get it right

Enter The Race

The cost of entry is $45 per boat if paid by October 12th or $55 if paid on of after October 13 - 19th

Come and enjoy a beer with you fellow sailors on Friday evening. Beer is on the house until it runs out !!

The NOR is attached and Club Spot Entry must be completed for you to enter your vessal.
