For ILCA Class only: rig swapping rule will be turned on. For your alternate sail, you may use a class legal sail with a different sail number as long as you communicate this alternate sail number to the PRO no later than the conclusion of the competitors briefing.
When flown, numeral pennant 3 will indicate racing will take place at the primary racing area ( ~ 1/2nm due East of North Gap)
When flown, numeral pennant 4 will indicate racing will take place at the alternate racing area (inside government breakwall East of Art Museum)
