JSA Preseason Clinic 2022

The JSA of LIS Preseason Clinic for Club 420s, Fevas and ILCAs (Lasers, all rigs) will be held at Stamford Yacht Club for two days on Saturday June 25 and Sunday June 26, 2022.

The ILCA(Laser) section is capped at 12 boats, the Club 420 section is capped at 8 boats, and the Feva section is capped at 6 boats. More than that number for each section may be registered on the waitlist and will be notified on Friday afternoon June 24 about possible acceptance, based on availability of additional coaches to support a larger number of sailors.

Parents of the skipper may enter the skipper and the boat in the clinic and pay the boat entry fee [$300 for C420s or Fevas and $150 for ILCAs (Lasers)]. For doublehanded, also specify the crew's name with crew's parent name, email and mobile, so their parent may be invited to complete the crew's information.

- Parents of sailors at JSA Member Programs, if your skipper or crew has not yet been registered or updated during 2022 on the JSA of LIS Clubspot system, please first sign-up or update at http://jsalis.org/parents/roster-registration

- Parents of non-JSA member sailors are welcome to register their skipper or crew through this event page by selecting "I'm a JSA sailor or parent," then select "New participant", then select "Non-Member" and then "Next Step" (or "click here to join" at no added cost if Next Step is not active).

Bring your own boat to the clinic, borrow from your club, or charter from a dealer (like the Boat Locker in Bridgeport).

Clinic sailors participating in the Law Trophy Regatta at Indian Harbor Yacht Club on January 27-28 may bring their boat from Stamford YC to Indian Harbor YC on Sunday after the clinic ends if they wish. Families interested in taking advantage of this option MUST coordinate in advance with coach Henry Millette by using his Indian Harbor YC email hmillette@indianharboryc.com

Housing is not provided by the clinic.
