The Sophia Cup, Inaugural

The Sophia Cup is CGSC's all-female regatta.  In this, the inaugural event, we are only inviting girls (youth).  We expect to expand to women In future editions of the race.  

Sophia is a central idea in Greek philosophy. Originally carrying a meaning of "cleverness, skill", the later meaning of the term was significantly shaped by the term philosophía ("love of wisdom") as used by Plato.
